Heavy winds took off some facia from our garage, leaving the wood framing exposed. Lisa was great, truly understanding my sense of urgency to get repaired. She was able to get Colt there for an estimate, he was thorough, making sure to look everything over twice. I'm sure it doesn't always work out this smooth, but repair team was there next day and you would now never know anything had ever happened up there. After hours I used their message system on their website. Generally I don’t have good luck with those and have to call the company the days after. Not absolute! They replyed early the next day, got an estimator on scene shortly after. Estimated without my presence which was helpful with busy schedule! After signed proposal they got me in the schedule ASAP. After repair I had a question and the estimator (Cole) responded quacking and professionally to my question. Highly recommend!

Are there any unknown costs when my roof is being installed?
There are two items that are unknown while we are estimating the roof. Any roof decking that is rotten or broken will have to be replaced before installing new shingles and there is no way of knowing this prior to replacing the roof so we charge a per foot amount that will be…

We will move any outdoor furniture or any other items that can be damaged by falling debris. When the project is complete we will put them back where we found them.
